Weekly check-in

It’s so important to check-in with ourselves and make sure we are moving our life forward in a positive direction. On a daily basis, life can throw us off course and our calm persona we achieved over the weekend is gone. A weekly check-in helps to pinpoint a pattern that needs to be broken, or maybe a blockage in your life that is causing more problems then you realized. Below are a few easy lists to help you find those joys in life, or annoying obstacles.

 

  1. TOLERANCES: What are you putting up with at the moment?

 

 

 

  1. SHOULDS: What do you think you ‘SHOULD’ be doing right now, professionally & personally?

 

 

 

  1. FRUSTRATIONS: What things are FRUSTRATING you about yourself, your life, health, work, others?

 

 

 

  1. DESIRES: What do you REALLY, REALLY WANT right now in your personal and/or professional life?

Now write down everything that makes you YOU below. Include both your ‘good’ and ‘bad’ qualities.

Remember, these tasks do not have to be time consuming, just 30 minutes, every 7 days for 1 month. Do not look at the previous sheets. After that month, review all four worksheets to see if you find a pattern of your joys and your frustrations and tolerances. The good qualities and the not so good. The point is to find out something different about yourself, a joy you could possibly explore further. Or, maybe it’s something that needs to be eliminated in your life.

A new path is out there for you if you are willing to explore deep inside yourself. Have fun with it, learning more about you can be extremely rewarding, we are all on this journey together!
